Blackening Seasoning

Description

A favorite of many chefs. Spices include whole thyme, whole oregano, smoked paprika, and numerous other spices and herbs, including of course, black and cayenne peppers. Not as spicy as our Cajun Seasoning, but loaded with Cajun and Creole flavor. Great for blackening in a cast iron skillet or grilling just about anything.
